Eligibility / Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:

  • Be Nigerian graduates with a minimum of Second Class Upper degree
  • Have secured admission into a relevant one-year Master’s program
  • Be 28 years old or younger by December 31, 2026
  • Have completed the National Youth Service Corps program

Additional Requirement for Overseas Applicants

  • A valid international passport with at least one-year validity from September 2026
