Call for Applications: Google Hustle Academy AfCFTA Digital Inclusion and Entrepreneurship Programme (ADIEP) for African SMEs

Applications are now open for the Google Hustle Academy AfCFTA Digital Inclusion and Entrepreneurship Programme (ADIEP). This free initiative, powered by the Google Hustle Academy, aims to equip 7,500 SMEs across Africa with essential digital and business skills to help them thrive in the evolving digital economy.

The training is fully accessible, delivered in English, French, Arabic, and Portuguese, and focuses on three core modules designed to support the growth of African small businesses.

Core Training Modules

• Cross-Border Digital Trade:
Co-created with the AfCFTA Secretariat, this module helps entrepreneurs access new markets, adapt products for regional needs, and navigate cross-border payments and shipping.

• Cloud for Small Businesses:
Participants learn how to use cloud tools to improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and strengthen collaboration through Google Workspace and Google Cloud.

• AI for Productivity:
This module teaches entrepreneurs how to use AI tools such as Google Gemini to automate workflows, create marketing content, and analyze customer insights.

• Open to SMEs that have operated for at least six months.
• Applicants must be based in selected AfCFTA member states, including Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, Cameroon, Senegal, Togo, Côte d’Ivoire, Rwanda, Mauritius, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Namibia, Zambia, Angola, Mozambique, Egypt, Tunisia, and Morocco.
• Training begins in November 2025 and will run in 25 cohorts through June 2026.
