Who Is Eligible (Eligibility)

To apply, you should meet the following:

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in core engineering disciplines (e.g. Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation & Control, Power Systems, Mechatronics, Chemical, Metallurgical, Reliability Engineering)
  • 0–1 year of work experience (this is a graduate-level programme)
  • NYSC completion (for Nigerian graduates) by a specific date for some cohorts.

Location & Duration

  • Programme Locations: Ikorodu, Lagos and Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
  • Structured training combining classroom learning + real-world project work and rotations across power-generation departments.
