CEOs Network Africa Announces 136 Finalists Ahead of 2025 Gala Night

CEOs Network Africa has released a shortlist of one hundred and thirty-six finalists across seventeen award categories for its 2025 Gala and Dinner Night, following an impressive pool of more than fifteen thousand nominations submitted from across the continent.

The event is slated for December fourteenth at the National Assembly Library Trust Fund, NASS Complex, Abuja, where top innovators, policymakers and entrepreneurs will convene to celebrate excellence and emerging leadership across Africa.

According to the Awards Committee, the sheer volume and calibre of entries highlight the expanding depth of talent, creativity and innovation within Africa’s youth demographic.

The committee noted that every nomination showcased a compelling story of resilience, ingenuity and societal contribution, making the selection process highly demanding and requiring weeks of rigorous evaluation and extensive deliberations.

It added that the diversity of submissions underscores the wide spectrum of young Africans who are redefining leadership across industries and shaping the continent’s trajectory.

The award categories cut across agriculture, sustainability, fashion, emerging startups, arts, entrepreneurship, finance, sports, hospitality, law, entertainment, digital influence, governance, real estate, social impact, technology, innovation and media.

Organizers explained that the initiative seeks to recognize young trailblazers whose work is transforming industries and creating meaningful impact in their communities.

This year’s theme, focused on Africa’s resilient reinvention, captures the continent’s current period of transition, marked by fresh ideas and bold leadership.
