DHL has unveiled the first-ever Exporters of the Year Awards across Sub-Saharan Africa, an initiative under its GoTrade program aimed at celebrating the achievements of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) driving innovation, trade, and sustainable economic growth in the region.
The awards are designed to recognize formally registered SMEs with 25 or fewer employees that have been actively trading goods across borders for at least 12 months, comply with international trade regulations, and operate sustainably.
Through GoTrade, DHL helps entrepreneurs overcome barriers to global commerce, including finance, logistics, ICT, and training, giving them the tools to scale internationally and sustainably.
