- Clean cooking solutions
- Circular economy systems
- Lithium-ion battery development
Selected participants will present their ideas at the final pitch event scheduled for August 25 and 26, 2026, in Accra, Ghana.
Programme Structure and Tracks
Two Key Tracks
The Innovation Challenge features two distinct pathways:
- Pan-African Low Carbon Innovation Track
- Focuses on solutions in power systems, digital energy, and industrial energy
- Afro-Hackathon Track
- Centers on lithium-ion battery innovation, including design and applications
Participants will go through multiple evaluation stages before advancing to the final pitch.
