Laddar.Africa Unveils Plan to Empower One Million Sales Professionals Across Africa

Nigerian sales technology firm, Laddar.Africa, has announced its ambitious goal to empower one million sales professionals across the African continent by 2027 through its innovative digital platform tailored for Africa’s offline-first business ecosystem.

In a statement, the company revealed that its platform is designed to tackle persistent challenges in last-mile sales operations by seamlessly integrating people, data, and field activities into one centralized system. This integration will provide organizations with real-time visibility and enhanced control over their distributed sales networks.

“Our mission is to close the gap between digital innovation and real-world sales,” said Kelechi Ekeghe, Chief Executive Officer of Laddar.Africa. “We’re creating systems that mirror how sales are truly executed in Africa—through people, relationships, and in-person engagement.”

Ekeghe elaborated that Laddar’s end-to-end platform enables businesses to efficiently manage the entire sales lifecycle, from recruiting and verifying agents to monitoring performance and processing commission payments. The platform further supports digital onboarding, real-time field data capture, automated payouts via cash or airtime, and market analytics, all aimed at reducing paperwork and operational inefficiencies.

By digitizing these essential processes, Laddar.Africa seeks to help companies minimize costs, strengthen supervision, and enhance customer acquisition and retention outcomes.

The company’s rapidly expanding network already comprises over 26,000 verified sales agents, serving clients across industries such as financial services, telecommunications, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), and public-sector programs.

Industry analysts have described Laddar.Africa’s innovation as a potential game-changer for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that depend heavily on field agents for product distribution and customer engagement. By streamlining sales management, automating reporting, and improving data-driven decision-making, the platform positions MSMEs to scale sustainably, increase transparency, and stay competitive in Africa’s evolving digital marketplace.
