Project Advance, a leading sustainability-driven initiative designed to uplift women entrepreneurs and strengthen local communities, has scaled up its empowerment efforts through tailored business support programs and engaging capacity-building sessions.
Spearheaded by Celebrations, a brand devoted to helping people show care through thoughtful gifts and meaningful expressions, the programme provides women-owned enterprises with access to expert mentorship, vital resources, and actionable market opportunities aimed at enabling long-term, sustainable growth.

Since its inception, Balogun revealed that Project Advance has supported over 50 women entrepreneurs and successfully scaled more than 70 small businesses—efforts that have collectively generated upwards of 100 new employment opportunities. Participating enterprises have also achieved an impressive 85 per cent increase in sustainability, underscoring the initiative’s measurable role in fostering long-term business stability and resilience.
