About the Program

Strengthening Local Creative Capacity

The fund is an initiative of the UK–Nigeria Tech Hub in collaboration with Tech4Dev, supported under the Digital Access Programme. It focuses on empowering creatives with the tools, expertise, and support needed to execute high-quality projects locally.

What the Fund Supports

The program targets three key sectors:

  • Film: post-production, animation, editing, and sound design
  • Fashion: digital design, production systems, and sustainable sourcing
  • Music: sound engineering, mastering, production, and distribution

Funding Support

Selected projects will receive tailored support designed to meet specific production needs. This may include:

  • Access to technical talent and expertise
  • Production equipment and digital tools
  • Software licences
  • Support for workshops, exhibitions, or creative showcases

Applicants are expected to contribute non-financial support such as workspace, logistics, or mentorship to ensure commitment and sustainability.

Eligibility / Requirements

To qualify for the fund, applicants must:
